This is my nice Susanne. However, you'll have to call her Officer Susanne from today on. This evening she'll be sworn in as police officer. Better behave yourself! I reckon Susanne can be quite merciless.
@Mickle... my family tends not to breed out of wedlock, and since my brother only got wed 10 days ago, she's my sisters first daughter.
When my sister gave birth to Susanne, I went to visit her in the hospital but had no idea how my sister's family name was since she had married. I had to call my mother to ask so that I could ask for her room number :S
Urs - wasn't sure if Brother had been married before. That Susanne is Marlene's daughter fits - after all her Mum has just got a locomative shunting license, before that qualified as a miller....
Following on from that, Susanne has inherited wonderful genes from her Mum, and has a brilliant life and career ahead of her.
And your dear Niece is very beautiful, I wish her every happiness in life.
Well done, Susanne. Uncle Urs will have to behave himself.
