Milk from Grass
I don't know if other cultures reached such refined levels as well, but the Danish have choices of milk, I've never seen before:

ReplyDeleteThis reminds me of a anedocte when travelling to Sweden-met a girl in the train who was swiss but emigrated to Sverige,upon talking about foodie stuff she told me to try FILL MJÖLK which i translated to 'vollmilch' well you can imagine my face when i wanted to surprise my hosts with a homebaked Zopf and had to run out again to buy the real milk
( Fill Mjölk is sour milk)
