Preparations

Later today, we will make a (micro) triathlon with two rounds of 500 m swimming, 5 km cycling and 2.5 km running, organised by one of our swim buddies.

We have different methods to prepare ourselves for the tests of life. While I got up and made a berry rich smoothie...
