Buyer's Remorse
The allegeably waterproof cycling shoes Shimano SH-W101 are neigther waterproof nor water-repellent. Twice, last evening and this morning, I got wet feet after only 10 minutes. I will have a word with Pete today.

I'm sure he gave you the wrong ones... He's an honest man... well if he's a great sales man, then but only then he might not be that honest...;)
Only wellington boots are completely waterproof and even then not all the time. Sadly, they are not much use for cycling.
I hope you didn't swim through it, either.
