Papas a la Mexicana

Gatín is in the kitchen cooking brunch. He mixed and salted:
  • boiled, peeled and chopped potatoes
  • chopped tomatoes
  • onion rings
  • some chili peppers.
The mixture is frying in a pan. It will be served with a couple of fried eggs. In Mexico they serve this with a hot chocolate or a glass of milk. We will have it on the balcony of Gomad Mansion with a Riesling.

That sounds delightful! I may have to try it sometime. Perhaps you should bring some to mr. mac at work so he can taste the real thing before being subjected to my attempt! ;-)
